For this reason MET Company bases its consultancy projects on a transversal subject that is capable of managing the innovation process and resolving the client’s problems: this subject is the Project Manager.
The Project Manager represents a reference point for the Client, with whom he works in close contact. He guides the project team, organizes resources, removes obstacles, finds a compromise when necessary: he manages development and is responsible for the project.
