The Lean approach is the greatest innovation in the production and organizational field over the
last thirty years and various successful implementations around the World and in Europe, both
in manufacturing and in the services sector, demonstrate that the potential improvements are
extremely significant, long-lasting and of great impact of the company’s competitive position.
Following participation at our series of seminars, covering the topic of innovation, it was noted
that the Management of the Company intended over the following months to continue/perform the
following activities: reduction of the level of raw material stocks; implementation of improvement
activities; increase of professional skills (training) for managers, by applying the methods of Lean
Manufacturing.
